In the upcoming days, the Armenian parliament will be discussing a bill that proposes to permanently lift the constitutional ban on dual citizenship in Armenia. This would seem like a perfectly logical thing to do in the Armenian context, something that would finally unite the divided nation in the wake of the 90th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
